Commitment of the management
 In a heavily competitive environment and an open market, Etterkib company pursues its continous improvement move which aims to increase the satisfaction of customers, partners, personnel and the owner of Sonelgaz Group.
This move started in 2000 and topped by a first certfication in 2001 according to the ISO 9002 system of reference version 94 and in 2004 according to the ISO 9001 version 2000, is then carried on and constitutes a basis which will allow our company to remain in phase with the environment changes.
Based on the continous improvement, the quality policy of Etterkib is spread over the whole structures, sites and yards in order to consolidate and develop more the quality and commitment spirit of each, like the safety to remind that quality is the concern of all.
My policy is based on the five following strategic concepts :
- The listening and satisfaction of the customers requirements.
- The improvement of the production performances and the control of the process.
- The valorization and the enrichment of skills.
- The control of costs and the availability of material ressources.
- The continous improvement of the SMQ effectiveness, the performances of the company and its brand image.
As the chairman and managing director of the company, I bind myself to implement my quality policy, to appropriate the human and managing resources, and all the necessary means to its execution and to ensure an environment and a system of communications for all the collaborators.
We ask the whole personnel to persevere in the full adhesion and integration of this policy, to conform to it and suggest any action enabling to improve the management system of quality.
Your active participation will enable a certain success of our quality move.
I delegate the responsibility of the follow-up and improvement of the management of quality to Mr KATIR Mokrane, in charge of the quality Management and gives him the authority to achieve his mission
